Special Enrollment Programs and Financial Aid
Concurrent Enrollment
As part of the California State University system, continuing students may attend
CSU, Chico and another CSU during the same semester.
Consortium Agreements at Other Institutions
Continuing CSU, Chico students may arrange for a consortium agreement to enroll
simultaneously at CSU, Chico and some other institutions.
Credential Programs
Credential students are considered undergraduates for financial aid purposes,
must be enrolled in 12 units per semester to be considered full-time, and are
subject to undergraduate-level loan limits.
National Student Exchange (NSE)
Continuing CSU, Chico students accepted through NSE to study at different
institutions throughout the United States and its territories, may be eligible to
receive financial aid from CSU, Chico according to specific policy arrangements.
Regional Continuing Education (RCE) Fundable
Programs
RCE students enrolled in the Professional MBA Program, BS Computer Science
Online, MS Computer Science Online, or the MA Math Education programs may be
eligible for federal financial aid.
Study Abroad Programs
Continuing CSU, Chico students may study abroad through a variety of programs and
qualify for financial aid from CSU, Chico.
Summer Sessions
Financial aid is available during the summer session.
Visitor Programs
As part of the California State University system, continuing CSU, Chico students
may attend another CSU campus for one semester.
Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
Through WUE, students in participating western states may enroll in CSU,
Chico at a reduced fee level, considerably less than nonresident tuition.
