Appointments Available

Through Wednesday, October 15, 2008, financial aid advisors will be available for walk-in and scheduled phone or in-person appointments only on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Students may schedule in advance at our customer service windows in SSC 250, or by calling 898-6451. Advisors will NOT be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in order to work exclusively on processing appeals. Please call the number above if you have any questions.

Financial Aid Adjustments

This is a reminder that financial aid is determined by need and by enrollment. After University Census (September 19), financial aid awards were revised to match eligibility based on the actual number of units in which students officially enrolled as of that date. Awards may have been reduced for students enrolled in fewer than full-time units.

News about ACG and SMART Grants

ACG Grants will be disburse on a rolling basis throughout October. SMART Grants will disburse on a rolling basis later in the semester. Both grants require a manual process needing official enrollment data provided by University Census and individual file review for federal eligibility guidelines. Please continue to check your Student Center and postpone any questions to the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office until later in the month.
